  • Minimum order, 4 Entrees. Cost of the entree is $25 per portion, Minimum order would be $100 plus delivery. 4 Entrees include 4 side dishes. Please specify quantity desired. ie; 5 Entrées, 4 sides or 6 Entrées, 5 sides
  • Entrée portions are 8 Ounces cooked / Side Dish Vegetables are 12 ounces / Side Dish Starches are Minimum 1#

  • All orders come with bone broth, please specify if you do not want it
  • $10 delivery fee on each order all of North County / all other areas $15

  • All natural tenderloin of beef skewers with bell pepper and Vidalia onions and teriyaki glaze (new item)
  • Grass fed beef burgers with caramelized onions and blue vein cheese *** contains dairy **** **request**** burger with caramelized onion and basil **** No Dairy***
  • Grass Fed Australian leg of lamb kabobs with Mediterranean spice and ***goat Yogurt tatziki  on side**** (new item)
  • Beelers Pork loin Chop  with a local honey Bbq glaze
  • Vegetarian Grilled  vegetable Stack with goat  cheese, tomato and basil (eggplant/ onions/ zucchini/ pepper and Portobello mushroom)
  • Free range Local Egg  Breakfast frittata with fresh zucchini, spring onion and parsley with Swiss raw milk gruyere              PLEASE REQUEST NO DAIRY***order a la carte**

Category 1  Vegetables (12 ounces each minimum)

  • Local Suzies farm broccoli sautéed with sweet spring onion
  • Sautéed swiss chard with caramelized onions and pine nuts
  • Lightly grilled Asparagus with Eureka Lemon olive oil
  • Carrots and snap peas with mint 
  • Grilled mixed vegetable local zucchini, bell pepper, onion and mushroom
  • TFC Three cabbage slaw with apple and carrots ( needs to be eaten o in first couple of days)
  • Marinated local beets with 18 year old cinnamon and pear balsamic and blood orange olive oil

Starches / (all grains and legumes cooked with genuine bone broth)(1# each)

  • Red  potatoes roasted with garlic and rosemary
  • High protein quinoa with sugar snap peas
  • White bean salad with dill and mixed peppers

  • Bacon Chemical  free Cooked crispy: $10
  • Cobb  salad served with bacon, cherry tomato, blue cheese, hard cooked egg, diced chicken breast and our own blue cheese dressing(1/2 avocado)  (all items individually packed for easy pour and/or remove)  $12 one size only
